Ingredients:
• 4 bone-in pork chops
• 1/4 cup Mango Madness hot sauce
• 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rings
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix Mango Madness hot sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey.
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then marinate them in the sauce for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
5. Grill the pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes per side, until they have nice grill marks.
6. Serve the pork chops topped with grilled pineapple and garnished with fresh cilantro.
